Role Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales team in a fast-paced auto leasing environment by managing the accurate and timely processing of deal posting. This role is responsible for posting deals, ensuring documentation accuracy, and coordinating with internal departments to move deals efficiently from approval through funding and titling. The ideal candidate understands transaction-based sales and plays a critical role in keeping deals moving and revenue flowing.

Key Responsibilities

Lease Deal Processing & Sales Support

  • Post and process vehicle lease deals submitted by Sales Representatives
  • Review lease packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and lender requirements
  • Partner with Sales to resolve missing documentation, pricing discrepancies, or structuring issues
  • Track deal status from approval through funding and provide updates to Sales and leadership
  • Assist in prioritizing deals to meet funding and month-end close deadlines

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a key liaison between Sales and the Credit, Funding, and Titling teams
  • Coordinate with Titling Specialists to ensure timely vehicle titling and registration
  • Support issue resolution related to contracts, vehicle information, or customer documentation

Sales Operations & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical deal files
  • Support sales reporting, pipeline visibility, and operational metrics
  • Assist in maintaining sales process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Manage office supply inventory and support general administrative functions
  • Consolidate and review commissions calculation files from sales team before submitting to accounting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline lease processing and improve sales efficiency

Qualifications 

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in auto finance, vehicle leasing, sales operations, or sales support
  • Strong understanding of lease transactions and deal workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a sales-driven environment
  • Experience working with lease origination or loan management systems
  • Familiarity with funding, titling, and registration processes
  • Experience supporting high-volume or month-end driven sales teams
  • CRM or DMS experience in an auto finance or leasing environment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underwriting Manager to lead our underwriting team and ensure the effective evaluation and management of risk. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and stability of our organization by overseeing underwriting operations, developing strategies, and maintaining high standards of risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely evaluation of insurance applications.
  • Develop and implement underwriting policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Review complex or high-value cases to make informed risk decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, claims, and actuarial teams to optimize underwriting processes and improve risk selection.
  • Monitor underwriting performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
